No, our rentals are month-to-month, if you move in during the middle of the month the price will be prorated, and going forward storage will be invoiced and due on the first of each month.

No, but is encouraged for the tenants to insure their goods as storing is at own risk.

Durham Multi Storage – Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Debit payments can also be made in rental office. No cash on premises for safety reasons.

Yes, you can transfer to a larger or smaller unit depending on availability but there is an administrative fee of $25.00.

For safety reasons, we do not allow:

• Anything which is illegal, dangerous, explosive or a fire hazard

• Food items or other items that may attract rodents

• Anything which might cause or be a nuisance

• Anything which would violate any health regulations or laws

When you’re ready, just give 30 days notice, remove all your items, sweep the unit clean, and return the key if applicable.

Durham Multi Storage – only the lease holder must give written minimum 10-days notice. Penalty for no notice given is loss of ½ security deposit. Penalty for damages or leaving items is loss of whole security deposit.

A $25.00 late fee will be automatically applied on the 5th of the month without discrimination. Monthly rental fees are expected to be paid on or prior to the 1st of each month, but we do give 4 days grace.

Your deposit will be returned within 15 days of move out providing:

• you have given 30 days’ notice

• completely emptied unit and left it in a broom swept condition

• returned key (if applicable)
